Xardín de Xampedro is a 100% single-varietal wine Mencía. It is obtained from a single site, being the first of all the Denomination of Origin Bierzo that fits into the new specification “Vino de Paraje” , whose strict requirements make that its production has been only 5,000 bottles in 2018 and 7,500 bottles in the 2019 vintage.
